Our hand made organic balm is made with Shea nut butter, cocoa butter, virgin coconut oil and hemp oil with eco soya and candelilla waxes plus our unique blend of essential oils and magnesium chloride. It is recommended that you use the balm on your chest and the bottom of your feet before you go to bed. The scent of the oils will lull you into sleep and the magnesium helps the body to relax.
