Turn that itch and ouch into an ahhhh! After having a bout of Shingles recently I tried some of my preparations to see if I could relieve the discomfort of the rash associated with this complaint. I used my Sweet Fresh Air spray on it as it is anti viral and it did stop the condition from getting any worse. Then I made up a spray version of our Stiff Sore & Sorry to tackle the discomfort of the pain and itch.. It worked a treat, easy to apply and I could use it as often as required.
